Reasonably large room and complementary tea and a sofa inside. Lovely views of the garden. Incredible and lovely location for our needs, not far from most attractions as well as the lake. Also, near to market by walk.

The bar and lounge were cozy and perfect for relaxing. The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing us with discounts and free meals when there were issues, which we appreciated. the location was convenient for exploring the city.
Some rooms were also uncomfortably chilly. The garden and outdoor areas were neglected, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

The Hotel Glendower in Nuwara Eliya has a charming, colonial feel with a cozy snooker room and wooden decor. The bar plays lively 60s classic rock/pop tunes and the hotel is in a great location near the Grand Hotel. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated, and the staff is incredibly kind. Additionally, the hotel offers Chinese food with advance notice, and there are plenty of nearby activities such as golfing and horse riding.
Absolutely nothing.
